Commissioning & Balancing

All MEV and MVHR systems need to be commissioned after installation. This ensures that the system is running to its full potential and the airflow rates match those provided at the design stage.

Our engineers will carry out commissioning in line with your project programme and provide a full commissioning report for each apartment to support documentation required for handover of the build.

You can rest assured our engineers are BPEC accredited and fully qualified to commission, balance and assess the performance of the system, in accordance with the Domestic Ventilation Compliance Guide 2010.
