Brent Cross Plot 13, London
Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme is one of Europe’s largest town centre developments. Plot 13 is the latest phase that will provide a further 249 homes to the area as well as a cinema and a community centre. Central Ventilations Ltd are supplying, installing and commissioning MVHR systems into the apartments, made up of 1, 2 and 3 beds.
Secklow Gate, Milton Keynes
Located in Avebury Boulevard in central Milton Keynes, Secklow Gate residential build will provide 329 private rental sector apartments across four buildings. In addition, a central courtyard will provide a commercial space spanning 12,700m2. Central Ventilations Ltd are providing MVHR for all the apartments and townhouses with the supply, installation and commissioning of the systems.
New Garden Square, Birmingham
The New Garden Square development is an urban regeneration project incorporating residential, commercial, hotel and public amenities. Situated on the West side of Birmingham, the outdated commercial site will become a thriving district in the commercial heart of Edgbaston. Central Ventilations Ltd are supplying and installing 398 MVHR systems into the build. This is made up of a mixture of 1,2 and 3 bed apartments.
Lightbody Street, Liverpool
Being developed to celebrate the city’s iconic maritime heritage and to breathe new life into a derelict site, Lightbody Street will take a lead in the regeneration of the Ten Streets area of Liverpool City Centre. Central Ventilations will support the project throughout with supply, installation and commissioning of MVHR systems into the 195 apartments and townhouses.
Prince of wales, London
Known as the Upper Park Residences, the final phase of Prince of Wales drive consists of 3 blocks and take inspiration from Victorian Industrial Heritage. Once complete, 360 degree views of London will be admired from the 24th floor lounge. Central Ventilations Ltd are providing the supply and installation of the 233 MVHR and FCU systems across the 3 blocks, made up of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments.
Barking Riverside, London
Situated along the banks of the River Thames, the Barking Riverside development is a multi-phase regeneration project. Plots 206 and 207 is latest addition to the development, comprising of 482 1, 2 and 3 apartments and townhouses in this vibrant district. Central Ventilations Ltd are supplying, installing and commissioning MEV systems for all of the 482 plots.
Blocworks, Nottingham
Located right next to Nottingham railway station, Blocworks is a Build to Rent scheme comprising of 348 apartments over 10 floors. The apartments are a mix of studios and 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments with amenity and commercial space on the ground floor. Central Ventilations Ltd is providing the supply, installation and commissioning of the MVHR systems within all of the apartments.
Market quarter, Rugby
Transforming the former cattle market site, Market Quarter’s latest scheme completes the regeneration of this area. Set across 4 blocks, the build provides 1 and 2 bed apartments with close links with the town and railway. Central Ventilations Ltd are carrying out the installation of 283 MVHR systems.
Oakland’s House, London
Made up from 7 separate blocks, Oakland’s House provides accommodation, commercial and retail units in North Acton. Central Ventilations Ltd are providing the supply, installation and commissioning of MVHR systems for 605 residential plots made up of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.
Perry Barr, Birmingham
Located on the former Birmingham City University Campus, this £500m regeneration scheme will comprise of apartments, houses, a retirement village and a care home in the heart of the city. Central Ventilations Ltd are supplying, installing and commissioning MVHR systems in plot 7 of this phase, totalling 270 apartments.
St Johns Hill, London
This £87m phase 2 regeneration project will provide 109 social rented houses, 54 extra care homes and 35 shared ownership properties in Clapham. Central Ventilations Ltd are supplying, installing and commissioning MEV systems for all 198 apartments and duplexes across 3 blocks.
Herschel Street, Slough
Located on a former open-air cark park, Herschel Street will provide one, two and three bedroom apartments and a communal roof-terrace with uninterrupted views of Windsor Castle. Central Ventilations Ltd are supplying and installing MVHR systems across the 238 apartments.
The Oaks student accommodation, Warwick University
Located less than 1km from the University of Warwick, the Oaks is the only purpose-built student accommodation close to the main campus. Central Ventilations Ltd supplied, installed and commissioned MEV systems into the whole scheme, comprising of 86 studios and 296 7–10 bed cluster apartments.
Station Square, Tottenham Hale
Designed to be a new focal point of the Tottenham Hale District Centre, One Station Square will create 117 shared ownership properties and 11 private sale homes over 22 storeys. Central Ventilations Ltd are providing the supply and installation of MVHR systems for the whole project, made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Aberfeldy Village, East London
Bringing together the best of modern London and the unique character of East India Docks, Aberfeldy Village is a multi-phase regeneration development. Central Ventilations Ltd is supplying and installing MEV and MVHR systems into the newest phase of the build, Blocks J and G. This is a mixture of private and affordable apartments and duplexes.
Hanover Square, London
22 Hanover Square is the ultimate in London luxury, set on Mayfair’s oldest square. The development will consist of 79 super-prime apartments and a five-star hotel. Central Ventilations Ltd are supplying, installing and commissioning MVHR systems for the 79 apartments.
